My dream day? Well, it comes in many forms but what immediately comes to mind is travel. I love to travel and see the world – to explore another place, another culture, another way of doing things. I always return with a fresh perspective and charged with creativity energy.
Today, the time I spent capturing the light in my garden sent me into a peaceful, meditative state -a bit of inside travel, you might say. A gentle breeze perfumed the air and with these intricate beauties beckoning me, I was on my way—

Dearest LeAnn,
Lovely roses and you seem to have had a refreshful moment inside your garden. At times we don't need to board a plane or cross any borders. Spring is a season for lifting us up and for replenishing our soul.
Love to you,
Mariette
Such a poetic comment...Thank you, Mariette! I also appreciate your message on facebook. Very thoughtful. All my best, xo~L
Your roses are beautiful LeAnn. Still to cool here for roses but soon. We spent the day gardening in the mist and slight fog yesterday and I have to say it was beautiful and relaxing. Today we plant a boxwood hedge!
Enjoy your weekend!

Thanks, Debra. I never tire of photographing them, it seems. They always draw me in and I just have to run for my camera. Have you shared photos of your garden on your blog? I'll have to come visit you and see. I loved the "Can't get it together!" post you did with the pic of Dylan as a pup. Made me miss my Sasha girl, but also brought back lots of good memories.
Have a great weekend! xo~L
"inside" travel usually ends up being most restful of all.. I'm off to try my hand at it.. thank you for the inspiration.
Just simply beautiful! And the picture of your roses is stunning! Can nearly smell them....

Sorry for let comment...:)
Karin, Thank you for your kind words. I just visited your site and saw the peonies in the rain...beautiful. Love the image against the gray wood with the raindrops like little diamonds. Beautiful!~xo~LeAnn
True. Restful and I find I'm happiest when I take time to meditate daily. What is the saying? Something like...Take at least 15 minutes a day to meditate and if you don't have 15 minutes, then make it a half hour. Thanks for stopping by. Happy travels! :) ~L
